A friend of mine asked me to find some information for him on his Snowflake Eel. It has an open wound and he wants to know how to treat it. It happened about a week ago. He tried to isolate him but he jumped out and is now breathing normally but hasn't eaten in about a month. He is guessing that the eel got caught on a rock/coral but not sure. In the tak with him are the following:
Humu Humu trigger
Striped eel
Niger trigger
star fish and crabs
choclate chip starfish
The tank is well maintained. Not sure if there is more information needed. I'm not very much into saltwater but have a lot experience with American and African Cichlids.:happy:
