SnowFlake Eel?

I currently have a 29 gallon tank, and was wondering if it is large enough for a snowflake eel? I saw on another popular site that they can be in a 30 gallon, so basically the same right? Anyways, do they put alot on the bioload? Also, will they eat my domino damsel or clarkii or Cleaner Shrimp?

well, my SFE is 2 feet long so I don't know how much he would enjoy a 29 gallon tank, but I think a small one would be fine . . . at least for a while.
