I agree, I got a snowflake about 6 weeks ago and went through the same thing. They can goa long time without eating. Mine took about 3(alot shorter than I thought) days to eat. Now when I feed the Dogfaced puffer, and the lion, he will come scurrying out of the LR looking for some dinner. He is no longer shy about eating.
I wouldn't worry about him not eating, as soon as he is comfortable he will surely eat.

Like everyone has said they are known not to eat for a week or so when you put them in a new tank. I was on the lucky side 4 days and then he started eating. I feed mine salad shimp. When I start feeding the puffer he will poke his head out to say he is hungry and I feed him then. Usually it is about once every 2-3 days that he is hungry. Don't worry he will soon be hungry then be begging for some food.
