Snowflake feeding questions

I just got my snowflake about a month ago. He is absolutely tearing up my stock of frozen krill. The problem is, he has never refused food. This is a problem because I don't know how much to feed him or how often to.
So far, krill has been the only thing I have fed him becuase he can't see any of the other foods that I am feeding to my other fish. I feed my other fish pellets, flakes, frozen brine, and a homemade seafood blend. The eel gets excited when I feed this stuff but cant seem to find it in the water. Instead, he chases my other fish.
So how much do I feed him? Every day? Once a week? Also, is it pretty common to have to spot feed these guys with a feeding stick? If I don't, my lunare wrasse and Humu Humu get his food before he knows its in the tank!

Really try to mix up the diet a bit. A staple diet of krill is not healthy in the long run. Offer silversides, small pieces of chopped shrimp, scallop, squidd, or other crustacean flesh. Spot feeding is recommended, particularly if you have other fast predatory fish. Eels are fine being fed every two to three days.

I have been feeding mine every other day and he is doing good and growing fine. I have been hand feeding him a combo of frozen krill muscles and squid . he seams to like the squid the best . if yours is turning away things other than krill try some garlic minced and soaked with the other food . I gurante it will be all over it .
