Soft Coral in 24 gallon

I am looking into putting saltwaterfish.com's soft coral pack+Ricordia in my 24 gallon tank. I currently have a 40 watt 10,000 K PC and a 40 watt 420/460 nm PC (20" ORBIT). Also a 296 GPH Pump planning on adding a 240 or 400 GPH Hydor in. I currently have 2 false percs. and a 4 inch BTA. Which power head should I add and would this work?
