Soft coral

would the drip method for one hour be okay for soft/hard coral's?

float in bag for 1/2 hour then place in tank, drip acclimation is not needed for any corals, just temperature.

Agreed. But if you are afraid of bad hikers, do a dip before placing them in your tank. I for one, live on the dangerous side and do not dip, but many do.
