Softie ID Please

Hello! Here is my new softie. Does anyone know what it is?

Also what is growing on the base? It does have live stuff that pops out of the holes, like feather dusters but perfectly round and white....

It appears to be some variety of leather, I'll check with a friend and see if I can get you a name on it.

Yeah, I wasnt sure if it was devils hand or some sort of finger. All the pics I saw didnt look right so I thougt I would ask the experts.

Just wanted to say that is a really pretty softie! Sorry I don't know much about corals yet, but thought I would mention (if you haven't already), you might want to post it on the reef or photo boards. Someone that would know might see it there first! :thinking:

good idea, I thought it was nice too. The color is just that too.
