Sohol Tang (big ick?)

My brother has a Sohol Tang.
It now has spots on it but they are big ---
about 1/8 to about 1/4 inch in diameter and they are white spots
Is this ICK ?
I thought ICK was smaller?

I have never seen ick that big. I highly doubt it is, need a better discription.

ick is like salt graines you either have a very infested tang with ick or you might have fungus. Either way you need to put him in a q tank and get him healthy.

O.K. if it is an infection of fungus then what do you do to treat it ?
I will try to go to his house tonight and get a picture and post it.
