Solar 1000 for Icecap ballasts

Hello all,
I was just wondering if anyone has tried the Solar 1000 for IcaCap Ballasats. I am really considering getting one. If anyone knows....Does this dimmer let you have individual bulb control. For instance...I am running 4 36" vho bulbs. I would like to be able to turn the actinic on first and have it go out last.

I do not have it, but if I remember correctly from what I read once upon a time it is unable to control the bulbs on the ballast indivdually. It simply controls the whole ballast itself. If you find something that controls it individually let me know, but I doubt there is anything like it.
