I always thought blennies were reef safe, other than they might pick at the shell of a clam (which i assumed was for the algae on it)
Well anyways i was looking up this blenny which i thought looked pretty cool it was called a Leapord blenny (Exallias brevis) which reminded me of this leapord wrasse which i wished i could put in a reef... Anyways i was reading about them and it said that they eat small polyped stony corals??
So there are blennies that are not reef safe? How many?

There are quite a few that will nip polyps. Sometimes just to get algae but, who can say.
As for the Leopard wrasse, if you can get one to survive the first few weeks, they are great reef fish. Probably my favorite fish, but you must see them eat in your LFS.

I recently ordered a midas blennie, but was delivered a black combtooth blenie instead. I was going to keep it until I came home and saw it nibbling at my duncans and Digitata. It came out the tan rather quickly after that. So today I got my new midas blenny.
