Can anyone give me a hand and tell me what I have here, kinda a newbie when it comes to Anemones.

And my nano tank as a whole.

Looks like the run of the mill BTA Bubble Tip Anemone. I've got just a few in my tank

Welcome to the board

A couple of more tips if you will let me.
A 5 gallon tank is no place for an anemone.
Normal output lights will certainly not be enough to keep one alive for long term.
If your BTA ever dies it will have no problem crashing a 5 gallon tank IMO.
I would do some research on BTA care and requirements, this site has a lot of information about them using the search feature.

Tank has been running good for 6 months now, 5 of them with a small poloup in it, once a week I throw some refigerated algee in the tank. Only thing that has crashed and burned so far has been any snail I have put in it, Fu snails =P.
Thanks for the welcome btw and I will keep you posted on how it does.
Heres some better pics I took, got the cam working nicely.

I know they need a good ammount of water flowing through them, I put it in the tank in the center and it crawled it's way up to the spot it's in now Wondering if I should rearange the rocks so that the rock that it's on is closer to the stream (currently it's on the other side the side of the tank)

For feeding I would try mysis shrimp, krill or some of the formula packages. Use a turkey baster to gently blow some mysis shrimp into his tenticals.
Your bottled algae will not do for the BTA.
Stay away from the frozen brine shrimp, nutritionally worthless.
