Some kind of tube worm?

Could someone identify these for me, I've started seeing lots of them on the live rock. They are really small tubes about as big around as a pencil lead. The tubes are white and the part sticking out is red/orange bristle looking.
In the last picture, is this a sponge of some sort? I have 5-10 of these scatered thru out the tank and also have some larger white ones. Thanks for any and all sugestions.

those little guys are red feather dusters. they are really pretty when they are big but it takes a long time =[

cool, they are spring up all over, I've counted over 20

And +1 on the sponge. Both are harmless. =)
