lbaskball---It is a kodak z612. I went to look at the canon's and they take great pics don't get me wrong. But the kodak seemed a little better built with the same features and just felt better in my hand. And as far as pic quality goes I don't think the canons are any better for the money...thanks for the compliments.. still playin with all the settings...I will get it right someday
