You take such nice close ups. Mine are always blurry.
I love the variety of colors they come in.
The only problem I have with zoos is how small the polyps are. A friend of mine had some neon dragon eyes with polyps the size of nickels, his lights went bad and the colony died... irreplaceable. Now a days they are the size of half a dime.
I have searched and searched for the big ones and just can't find any.

Thank you - quality of camera and lens helps a lot, but mainly lots of practice and lots of wasted shots.
I hear you on zoa polyp size, its why I prefer the Zoanthus giganticus or PE zoas - polyps are big enough to see. Perhaps you should also look at Palythoa grandis - some of those are the size of a quarter and a few of the morphs have very nice colors.

Actually the ones in picture #1 are a morph of Hawaiian Ding Dangs - they may now qualify as Milky Ways - I'll have to go look.
I think the one you're referring to with the crazy blue center is picture #7? Those are Tongan Sapphire Blues
Thanks for looking and commenting

Thank you. Canon Rebel EOS XT; been collecting these for several years now - my list of contacts and vendors is long indeed :)! I'm afraid that forum rules prohibit me from sharing that info however.
