Some "odd fish" questions.

Has anyone had any GOOD experiences in keeping a sand flounder? (The one you can buy at this site.) Or any flounder for that matter...I'm assuming its usually submerged (in the sand, obviously in the water lol) is it easy to care for. Also, I have relatively the same questions about the horned cowfish and the leafy filefish. Are they easy to care for and feed? What is the recommended size of tank? How big do they get? I'm looking to keeo some if not all of these fish in my upcoming tank(s). Thanks for any and all help!

Have a file fish, but a jade. Cool fish. Love them very active Eats like a horse. However file fish can be shy and sometimes will not eat right away.
