looks nice. I like the spray bar. I am at the same stage as you but i did things a little different. I didn't have much of a clue though. I have a shorter, fatter spraybar that will act as a supply for my closed loop pump. This pumps back into two holes in the tank. I dont know if I will also make these spray bars or just leave them. I also have a dart style overflow box for my sump.

Naw with the Closed loop you are better using the holes Like you are, But it would be neat to see.
I'm just hoping that I got the measurements right on the spray bar (the Hole size) I did some dry runs with them and they were able to handle 800GPH with ease. So we will see what 1100gph will do.
I still got to get the other Korella 4. and a Sock for the Return to the sump. Also the lights (a 48" MH 2 x250 with moon lights) But that is what the tax return is for.
