Some thoughts and Thanks..........

I posted yesterday that I had put in a DSB. This involved pulling all the LR and corals out and removing the old plennum. I kept what little agronite that I had figuring that it would help "liven up" the sand.
I have to admit it was scarry after seeing how dirty the water was after all this. However, this morning the water was already crystal clear. (I have a Fluval 204 canister filter that ran all night.) The fish were fine and the corals are looking good. For anyone who does this I would recommend that you seach this site and take the past advice from several on this board. For instance, I washed the sand first until the water was running fairly clear. I bought and used large rubbermaid containers to put the LR and corals in (almost didn't have enough containers.) Had I not used this site for research I would never have known what I was getting into.
So thanks to everyone who wished me luck and gave me advice.
