Somebody help me PLEASE

Short story: My fish keep dying, water parameters are spot on, even better than good. LFS told me to test for stray voltage. I bought a volt meter, and narrowed it down to my powerheads. Both of my powerheads are about a year old, and they both show movement on my volt meter when plugged in. What do I do? Is is possible that both of my powerheads are bad? I have the Hydro Korilia (spelled way wrong) And there both less than a year old. Somebody please help me, I'm seriously about to give up on the aquarium, and I really don't want to.

Spot on meaning?
Is it possible to get a grounding probe? I'm the wrong person to answer this one as I really don't know much about stray voltage but if the powerheads are causing them can they be taken out and replaced?

Tell us a little more about your tank. Size, water readings, filteration, water you use, do you have sand or crushed coral, stock.
look up grounding probe. That may help.

I have a 72 gallon bow front, with 100 LBS of live sand, and about 150 LBS of live rock. My filter is a wet/dry canister filter, I have a coralife skimmer, and nova extreme high out put T-5's. My water parameters are as follows:
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate:0
Phosphates:0
Salinity: 1.025
I currently have a Kole Tang (who looks albino today for some reason :flame) 2 chromies, 2 clowns. My dwarf angel, and Foxface died with in a week of each other, both seemed perfectly fine one minute, and died the next.
