so one of my clowns is terrorizing the other, he just swims after him all day and the other one is constantly trying to hide and avoid him. they have always lived together and have been in my tank for 3 months now and have never had this type of behavior...is this normal?

havent moved anything, no anemone, just various euphylias...or however you spell it..
did get them young...real young...they are still tiny

I know your problem...
One of your clowns is trying to take the female role...
The more aggressive clown will take over and be the female. She will nip at the smaller, less aggresive male, but thats only to establish a partnership..
You have a mating pair of clowns!

yep, just probably fighting for dominance then, not necessarily mating, but will be a pair probably
