something eating xenia

Somethings eating my xenia - night! any ideas on what it could be. The way they are eaten, is only the polyp, not the stalk is gone.

I once had a crab eat mine.
Only way to find out for sure and catch it is to stay up late!

Our Emerald crab ate ours...would pick the "fingers" off the heads but leave the stalk alone. We saw him doing it twice & finally caught him & got him out. Luckily, Xenias are SUPER hardy & will regenerate (sp?), and ours have already started sprouting new "fingers" on each "head"
