something growing help!!!!!

i have been cycling my tank for about 7 days now and i looked into my tank and noticed some plant looking things growing from my l/r. what is it ? is it normal?

Normal? Yep, you will see alot of things you will need to ID, some good some bad. Do as neonnate said, that will help us with ID'ing and giving more info.
