Aiptasia, a pest anemone. Do a search and you will find many threads with ways to get rid of them.

Ok I see I need to get them out. whats the best way to do so. I have only seen them on that one rock with the carnation coral. Could I frag (cut the coral off) and remove the rock from the tank. What should I do im new at all this.

I'd do just that - remove the coral and dip the rock in boiling water for 20 seconds or so. Just make sure there are no other ones in the tank - but there likely will be soon - these guys breed "spit" off new ones several times a day. look for the baby ones, they'' be tiny amber colored anemones, and when they get to the size of a pea - they can begin multiplying - so get them when first seen. I use a thin paste of kalkwasser & water - inject it over them.
