Something Is Wrong!!!!

i have a bta and it has been doing good until recently....the tentacles started looking withered and then today he was completely inside out....my water parameters are good, salinity is about 1.025 and temp is about 78-80....my bubble tip coral is also struggling....i have vho lights with one being a 95 watt 10k and a 95 watt actinic blue....the coral has lost some of its bubbles.....i think both of them are dying....any ideas what could be going on???

did you check for ammonia, nitrates, nitrites, calcium for the bubble?
i am not expert with VHO but i use MH for my annenme

the tank is a 45, water parameters ammonia 0, ph 8.2, nitrate 5, nitrite 0 and temp was about 78-80...the anemone died and the bubble coral is dying as well...i did a water change yesterday but it is in pretty bad shape...i think i will get some metal halides soon
