something on my flame angels face

first off, i have a 90 gal reef, been up for 3 months, its doing great, i have a cleaner shrimp, yellow tang, hippo tang, false percula clown, coral beatuy, and flame angel in it, it appears to have two small white ish protrusions coming off of its face, just wondering what they are, and ohh yeh if u have any ideas about what to add to my tank let me know, thanks,

Do the whitish protrusions look hard or soft? If hard, he may have Lymphocitisueausonghsoasaponwwwwweeeeeeeahhhhhhhh....... I can't spell it. Limf Oh Site Us. No cure, unfortunately, but the good news is that if he does have that, it is not fatal, just deforming.
