Something on my rocks

Ok so i tried to get some pics up, but my camera is acting weird. So i have a whole bunch of tiny red bumps on my rocks. I also have neon green patches on parts of my rock. Not really sure if anyone will be able to answer this without pictures, but i thought i would try.

Without knowing anything about your tank and without a picture my guess would be the start of coralline algae.

The red bumps are coraline as well. From your pic things look good.
