Something weird growing!!

Well i was looking was glancing all around my tank, just to make nothing out of the ordinary was growing, and i come accross this white/clear tentacle looking thing. It looks like a small anenome, but im not sure. I need some ID on this critter. Whether or not to take it out. Thanks in advance.

Looks like aiptasia.
They can be a nuisance in a coral tank as they can get out of hand and sting nearby corals... other than that they really don't hurt much other than being a nuisance and a pain to get rid of.... so usually the sooner the better.

kill it with pickling lime, kalkwasser, or aiptasiaX all are reef safe and do a good job.
