Something wrong with toadstool coral?

I installed new powerheads a few weeks ago and my everything was perfect until a few weeks ago.
My question is why would one coral seem so bloated in the trunk area and have no tentacles flowing but the same coral next to it is doing great? At times the timid coral does open up. Also, yesterday one of my crabs was crawling on top of it.
The coral has been in my tank for one year with no issues.
Explain please...

Just looks like something walked on it or bothered it to me.
Nice looking group of toads though

I'm having an issue with my Tood Stool coming off it's attached rock. What should I do if it does come off?
