Something Wrong With Zoas?

I recently got a few zoa frags in a trade. one frag is doing great, one didnt make it, and the other 3 frags have been opening a little bit each day. One frag I can see the colors coming through when it starts to open so I think it will be ok. the other 2 frags are GPE and PPE and when they open all i see is this grayish brown color. They are opening and closing though so they dont seem like they are dieing but one of the 2 opens about halfway everyday and stops there. neither of them are opening all the way yet. If i look into the polyp i dont see much color at all. is this a people eater thing because they are both showing the same color but neither of them are purple or green.

You can dip them in Kent's iodine solution. Mix half with half tank water in a seperate container and dunk your frag in there for a minute. Shake off excess and put back in your tank it should perk up shortly after that.
