We just bought a second hand salt water tank it was in pretty bad shape. The fish were being fed some wrong foods and the water was very yellow the tang was very dull in colour and our damsel was grey not blue. We have managed to nurse the tank back to health and the fish have really come into their beautiful colours. However. This morning we noticed the chocolate chip star fish looks like it has white ends on its arms like its shredding slightly. And it hasn't moved more than 4 inches from one side to the other on the bottem of the tank. What do you think the problem is ? How do I help him?
