Southdown Sand

Hello,
I was at Home Depot today and they have two pallets of Southdown Carribean Play Sand. However, on the bag it says "not for aquarium use". Is this the right stuff? If anyone has used this sand with the warning, and had any problems? or is the warning a marketing gimick to make people buy the pricier sands?

thanks for the info, i was just wondering about the disclaimer.
i think ill go pick up 2 bags of it for my new 30 gallon. 100lbs should be enough for a DSB on a 3 ft by 1 ft tank
if anyone is looking for it, the home depot in allentown, pa has a nice amount of it in stock.
