SouthDown = YardRight?

Well, I'm finally getting some SD playsand. A friend of mine went to a HD out of town, and he's gotten them to do a transfer, and so we're going to get a bunch of it. But he just told me that it's YardRight Tropical Playsand. He said it's the same stuff, just a different bag. So my question is, is he right? I want to make sure before I get 400 lbs of this stuff. Thanks for any help.

He is correct. As long as it says tropical play sand, Yardright and Southdown are owned by the same company. They are just marketed under different names. Same product.
