Do I need to replace my cc with southdown I have fo tank,and if I do can I do this with the fish still in the tank? I do not have another tank.

alot of people have used CC for years with minimal problems. It just requires cleaning and doesnt have the nitrate removing capabilities of a DSB. For a fish only its really your own decision, but i wouldnt add it with fish present. Southdowns going to create really clowdy water that'll last at least a few days.
