I have a FOWLR tank and have some inverts such as hermits, snails, brittle stars, and cleaner clams in the tank as well. I was told by a guy at one LFS that I wanted to increase my SG to about 1.024 for the inverts. Yesterday I visited another LFS and they advised me to reduce the SG to around 1.019 - 1.020 to help reduce my chances of a tank born disease. I wanted to get a concensus from the board. What are your thoughts?

Get a new LFS, any tank with inverts should be at 1.025 MIN to 1.026-27max. Lowering to 1.019 will kill your inverts

I agree...
You know the more I look around on here the more I don't really like the LFS....their eyes seem to be brown if you know what I mean....
