Spot on tang's Lens?

My purple tang, who hasn't been eating very well since starting hypo, who has also been 'missing food' when going for it, seems to have developed a spot on the center of each eye. Not a very big or noticeable spot, but it is a small speck almost the size of ich spots on each lens of his eye. Since starting hypo he hasn't been acting his normal self. He has been doing a little better, maybe, but it's hard to tell. This is the first time I've noticed the spots, and was wondering if this has something to do with his eating habits changing so much. He used to be an extremely veracious eater.
I look forward to your responses; Thanks!

How long has he been in hypo? Have the parasites dropped off of him?
How reflective is your QT? How big is your QT?

I'm doing hypo on the main tank... I have all the rock and inverts in a seperate container. So it's the 90g. It has substrate, and algae on the back 3 walls, so not extremely reflective.
All the parasites have been gone (visually) since last sunday (the second of february, It has been 2 weeks today since I reached 1.009
He also has some areas where his color isn't as good as it was. Around his face he's paler, and this dorsal fin is a little lighter in the back.
