Hey folks. Has anyone else observed the spotted mandys to be more aggressive that the greens? I ask bc my green doesnt bother my spotted at all never did, but my spotted chases the poor guy all the time. So out he came , and in went a small spotted I had in qt. By small I mean half the size of my green. Even that little sucker chases him lol. I know they can be territorial, but its only the spotted mandys that are showing aggression. Are They just a more aggressive species of draggonets? Iam just curious , I have the extra tanks to separate , its just weird to me. Its not food aggression bc there all fat, lol my big spotty is almost round lol. So any insight would be appreciated.

Yea not it lol I know they will fight so I try to get mostly female. All my spotted are female. My one green is male but him and my other green are fine. Its only the spotted that are out worldly aggressive

Its a 75 w a ton of live rock. I had another green in qt for my new tank so I put it in my 75. There fine together. Meaning both my greens.idk what it is w the spotted but they dont like the green mandys lol

Maybe its the greend, the want the spotted mandarins territory because maybe there's more food in the spotteds territory
