Spray Bar and return pump

Can someone recommend which mag drive to use for my 44g. I built a spray bar that goes around the entire top of the tank and also has 3 vertical pieces running down to the top of the sand bed. Now I need a pump to use the spray bar. I am not going to run the pump in my refugium. Just gonna use it to force water through the bar for circulation so I can get rid of 4 powerheads. Gonna keep sps so I need lots of flow. I was thinking of a mag 7 or 9.

Are you doing a closed loop spraybar, or will you be sending this water down your overflow to sump ?
If overflow to sump - what's your overflow rated for ???

Nope not down to sump. Just using it as a closed loop. I already am using a mag 3.5 for my overflow and return.

I just bought a iwaki wmd 30 rlxt and a iwaki 20 rlt to run both of my spray bars. I think the 30 is gonna be a bit much but I will use ball valves to slow the rate.
