Start off with a red or brown Montipora Capricornis, put it high in your tank and see how it goes. A monti that is healthy and flourishing with have a white edge all around it that is the growth ring. Keep it for a couple of months and take pics each month. Then compare the "I just put it in the tank" with a picture 2 months later to see if you are getting any growth. If not that is probably your answer. You will not be able to keep the more demanding SPS for sure, they may live but will lose their color and become brown coral. The other thing is to ensure you are doing regular water changes of 10% per week or so to keep your calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium levels up. You will not have to dose anything with a monti cap in your tank.
Just my opinion.

You want the monti at the top of the rocks. Most LFS that carry coral will have frags of monti caps pretty inexpensively.

I would start with #3 and see how it goes before trying any of the others. My bet would be that the others would lose their color over time. Let's see what some others say.

another corals u can consider r chalice. they come in some different colors, and dont require much light and flow.

how much flow do you have nissan? flow is almost as important as lighting for SPS.
you are running NO flourescents? i highly doubt they will provide enough light energry to sustain photosynthesis.
