SPS under a 96w powerquad?

Is there any sps i can have under the coralife 96w powequad? On another website i saw a guy had a digiata under it in his 10 is this possible or will it die?

I don't think so. SPS corals require a heck of a lot of light. MH lights are recommended for them. :)

Dude, thats almost 10 watts of light per gallon, and the tank is only like....12 inches tall. So with rocks, and good placement, a coral under that much light about an inch from the surface will be getting a lot of let, a "heck of alot", if i must say, lol

by the way the BASE of the coral will be 9 inches exactly from the lighting is that close enough?
