Squidd--can you take a look at this sump design please?

Squidd, I've been reading the plumbing threads to come up with a sump design. This is what I come up with. Would you please take a look and see what you think?
My display tank is a 120gal. I know you advise the fuge area to be 30% to 35% of the display but this is all the room I have. Man, dividing a sump up is like paying bills. You start out with what looks like a lot but once you divide it up it doesn't go as far as you thought it would
.
Anyway, my sump measurements are 36x16x18 (lxwxh)
so if my math is right, here is what I come up with.
36x16x18=10368/231=44.88 gallons (sump volumn)
3x36x16=1728/231=7.48 gallons (for backwash room)
4x36x16=2304/231=9.97 gallons (for backwash room)
5x36x16=2880/231=12.47 gallons (for backwash room)
Display tank measurements 120gallon (48x24x24)
1 1/2x48x24=1728/231=7.48 (+ a little in the lines so I need to have 4"
(heighest baffle needs to be 14") for backwash
4x36x16=2304/231=9.97 gallons (for backwash room)
So that leaves me 34.91
Now for the sump design
15x16x16=3840/231=16.62 gallons for the fuge section
3"for baffles (3 baffles spaced 1" apart)
That leaves 18" for return and skimmer sections
13x16x11=2288/231=9.90 gallons for the return section
That leaves 5" for the skimmer section. My skimmer will run out of the sump so I figured that I wouldn't need much room there.
5x16x11=880/3.81 gallons for the skimmer section
backwash room
18x16x7=2016/231=8.73 gallons of backwash from the return & skimmer section
15x16x2=480/231=2.08 gallons of backwash from the fuge section
That gives 10.81 gallons total for backwash
Here is a pic of my design. Anything I should change? Thanks for any help.

Just saw this one...
Most everything looks good, you obviously have done your homework...
I didn't double check all your math, I'll trust you used a calculator

Skimmer out of sump is OK, (What Kind ?? Is it big enough to handle a 125??)
Return chamber is 13"...mag 9.5 (or even a 12 or 18) dont need much more than 6" to nearest baffle (you still have water volume to "first" baffle) so widen them out a bit- (2" or so) and make the third (closest to pump) lower...4"-5" is plenty to "deflect"..
First baffle (left side by skimmer) 11" tall...second baffle 2" up from bottom...
And you could squeeze an inch or two out of return chamber to add to fuge...16"X16"x2"=512/231= 2.2 additional fuge gallons... and still enough to cover backwash...
