Is this snail eggs?
We just put in a few back turbos, red footed snails, and astreas and the next morning i find squigly white lines on the tank wall.
Just the size and sweep that a snail makes.
If this is true what can i do to help these hatch and what other info will i need to know,.. how long till they become recognizable snails

If they are eggs they may never survive long enough to become snails. TASTY LIVE FOOD. and it didn't cost you a penny.

Don't worry your snail will prove to be baby machines. If this batch does not make it there is probably other eggs on your LR or other substrate that will. sooner or later you will start to see baby snails. And they will grow on their own, provided your H2o is good and you have enough alagae to go around. One night after the lights were off for about an hour I counted over 40 babies on my front glass only. And this is in a 30 gallon!!!
have fun with it.I throw them in the filter to help keep everything clean.
