The rock is awesome...I have already found a surviving hitchhiking hermit. He has a black shell with black legs. I had one more question though. Have you used any of this yet? i found a dead snail shell with a very...different design on it. It is as it has a natural army camo on it...it is green tan brown black and white. Very cool species...i just hope that some of these guys make it through and start growing in my tank!

Did you buy the rock locally? If so where? I'll be needing a bunch of rock soon. Thanks

I still would like to know where yall found your rock. Like I said before, I'll be needing some. I'd like to buy some quality local LR that way I could pick out the pieces myself.
Thanks

I have a custom glass sump as well. It is a 20L pre drilled on both ends.
I found an good way to drip limewater with a auto top off system. Kent makes a float valve that will atttch to your sump....It is made for RO units but i have it in the sump with some clear airline tubing. It drips with a 5 gallon jug of limewater. Hopefully I an get off my @$$ and do something today and finish it (Im on school break)

well, for maintenance i plan on removing it once a month and soaking it in vinegar to get rid of the Calcium buildup. I would rather have gotten an electric float switch to power a pump but the might or switch might stay switched on...I would rather rely on plastic mechanincs.
