Stabilizing Tank

Hi All,
Quick question for you all, I'm just about to set up my 180, I was wondering, does anyone use anything under the tank to stabilize it like foam, cork board, anything, or do you just set the stand on plain ground. There does seem to be a little in-balance in my floor?

I use a small rubber pad cut just slightly smaller than the tank footprint. I got one under the tank and under the stand. It's about 3/32" thick. I figure that would help spread out the load on the tank.. Keep it perfectly flat, etc. I got it from a fitness/exercise equpment store.

Cardboard also works ok.
