Stange Hitchhiker--Like R2D2

I noticed this little fella on a star polyps rock. It is a little white cup, and it rises up like R2D2. It can turn around in all directions and never leaves the cup. I can just barely see the features of the inside the cup part. Here is the best picture I could get(center of pic):

After a few moments it drops(quickly) back into its cup. Any ideas? Could it be a tube worm? Thanks all.

Thanks! That is what it is. I couldn't figure out how to describe it for a google search. I knew someone here would know!
