Its definitely a worm, it comes out of my lr at night and sort of unfolds from inside its self to grow. I was shining a red light on it last night and it appeared to be clear. Id say its about as thick as a small coffee straw, probably a little skinnier. I would take a picture but dodnt have a good enough camera and its hard to get him because the second you get a light on him he folds inside himself and shrinks away into the rock
