star fish

I need help i put a choc chip star fish in my tank a week ago he was doing fine cruiseing all over the tank last night i lost him i have other inverts in there and they are fine so are my fish and shrimp

He could be just hiding out under a rock. I wouldn't worry yet. How did you acclimate the star? What is your SG reading?

Please provide your specific tank parameters. How long did you acclimate it?
These animals are extremely delicate and water quality needs to be quite good. SPecific gravity should be 1.025-1.026, and all other parameters in ideal ranges.
