Star Polyp

I have 2.9 watts per gallon (65 gallon tank and 192 watts of light) I bought a small piece of green star polyp for $20 and put it about 8 inches from the lights on the highest rock in my tank. Do any of you think this will survive?

ya i had one in 1.7 wats of light and it did fine in the middle of my tank.

Yes it will, but they do like high water flow. Plus they look cooler that way also.

I've got some green start polyps myself, bought them 2-3 weeks ago, used a rubber band to hold em to the rock, they attached after 1 week and now they are growing FAST and spreading, I only have 2x65 50/50 bulbs ....
