Started using Prodibio

Finally broke down and decided to use the Prodibio additives. I'm not one to use a lot of additives but I've spoke to numerous reefers and everyone was pretty positive. The science behind the product is really interesting with how it supports bacterial growth in various stages, ie...it causes one bacteria to take over when another is finished. Only problem I had to deal with is that it causes a decrease in macro-algae. It's been a week and I have to admitt that I have some zoa's that have changed color or rather the color has gotten more intense, I'll try and post some before and after pics

Im curious to see before/after pics.
Many times corals that are harvested lose thier vibrance in captivity b/c we cant reproduce the environment/nutrients they came from. If this product helps with that, you may be onto something

After just 1 week I honestly see some dramatic improvments in several of my corals.
.
I've had some pink with white skirt zoo's that have never been really impressive, faded out pink, now they are almost neon pink
Also seems like all the zoa's with anytype of green to them are showing some dramatic color change, the greens are more of a lime or neon color and less of a drab green color, if that makes sense.
.
Orange encrusting monti is really starting to become much more of a vivid orange, you can see spotchy areas, where the older color remains and the newer color is showing. The brighter color seems to be spreading.
.
My purple rain Monti has gotten even more neon purple, from 10 feet away this is the first thing you notice about my tank.
.
My pale blue tip acro was kinda fading, now the colors are much brighter.
.
I've also noticed a dramatic increase in the size of the polyp extension on all my monti's. Seems like the monti's respond the most to this product, at least in my tank that is.

I have been researching Prodibio for a while now and it seems that everyone is having great success with it. I am going to start it on my 14g biocube as soon as it arrives. I can't wait to see if it works on my zoas like it did for yours. By the way the tank looks great.

Looks like the SPS coloration improved a lot as well. I was thinking about starting Prodibio "reef booster." Sounds like it's worth it
