Starting a 25 gallon...need help please

I am just starting a 25 gal tall. I am putting a 2x65 wtt pc on it, a carbon filter, about 30-40 lb lr, 30 lb ls, corals like zoos and ricordeas, fish like basslets, and inverts like shrimp and feather dusters.
Questions:
1. Is this all a good idea?
2. Should I only have lr and ls when I cycle it?
3. Would 30-40 lb of lr be enough?
4. Would 30 lb of ls be enough?
5. What kind of supplements should i use and how often?
6. What kind of daily maintence will be needed on a 25, if any different from a tank much larger?
I think thats it.
Thank you for reading my questions,

1. If you cycle it and take it slow it sounds like a nice tank!
2. If you use LR then it should cycle your tank. A small cube of frozen food, a small hunk of live shrimp or some flake food added on day one will also help. If it is all LR then no worries - it will cycle!
3. The weight of the rock does not matter as much as the porousness and/or the amount of surface area. So if you are using homemade concrete rocks that are just blocks then 30 pounds would not be enough - but if you are using fiji or tonga or some other type of LR then it should be fine!
4. there is a sand formula out there to tell you how much you need and how deep it needs to be. In a smaller tank I feel as if a DSB is not really worht it - so the amount of Sand or LS you put in is to provide a place for critters to live and to help with how it looks.
5. I never use any supplements - regular water changes are more important in keeping your levels even. The only thing you might want to keep an eye on is the amount of Calcium in your reef.
6. On my 20 Daily I do a DLR (Does it Look Right?)check and clean the glass with the magnet cleaner. Every other day I fill up the drip tank. Weekly I wipe down the lights and Monthly I do water changes, scrape inside glass, rinse HOB filter and change carbon out.
I was pretty close to just replying "yep" to this

I would just have a bare bottom tank, with plenty of flow. Let the zoos grow on the bottom. I think that might be even more attractive than a substrate.
Good luck.
