Starting a Nano

Now, I have a FOWLR aggressive now, and in the near future I think it would be sweet to setup a nice Nano maybe around 20g or so. Now, what kind of lighting would be needed for that small of a tank /w corals? Can someone throw me a link for a lighting that would work?
Side note, if I wanted to do a mantis shrimp instead, what would be the ideal setup for that? Tankmates and whatnot, thx

Last thing first, if you want a mantis, forget about tank mates. Read up a bit on them. They will destroy anything and everything in sight.
For a 20 gallon, either a couple of 75 watt vho's 24", or 3-4 18" 30 watt vho's. If it were me, and the 24" fit, I'd go for the 2 24" with a workhorse ballast. Good inexpensive setup if your handy with DIY projects. That would be a basic lighting setup, and wont set you back several hundred bucks. If you wanted to go with a pre-packaged fixture, with ballast bulbs and maybe a MH built in, it'll set you back 300 bucks easily, probably more.
