Starting my 240 reef (pics)

Well i am just beginning my 240 reef tank. As you can see it still needs the base finished. Right now my corals include a green and blue ricordia. Any suggestions that will add some color and not too hard to keep. I have 3 250 watt metal halide 14000 k bulbs right now. Also saltwaterfish sent me a free frag and i have no idea what it is and where it needs to be light wise. It is the white stone looking thing. Also my carpet anemone has set under the only spot in my tank where a bulb isn't. Will he move if he needs more light or do i need to try and move him where he will get more light?

the stone thing look like a plate coral and it need to be out of the sand and ya the carpet will move to where it likes. watch i had one and it ate my sailfin and the clowns that tryed to host it..
